The Consortium Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) were first established as a TWC grant requirement, and we now use this structure when adding new information that is applicable across all providers in the Consortium. These are our local guides to run the most efficient and effective services in the Alamo area. Our SOPs are in alignment with TWC rules and policies, and your specific program procedures should align with the Consortium SOPs. Please ask your program leadership for further details.
